    Q: Is there a delivery service?

    A No, we do not offer delivery services.

    Q: Do you accept card or cashless payments?

    A Payment at our store is only accepted by cash or card (VISA/MASTER).

    Q: Is it possible to pay for meals in advance for entertainment purposes?

    A We will do our best to accommodate you, such as by transferring the payment in advance to an account in the store's name. Please feel free to contact us as each case may differ in terms of individual circumstances.

    Q: Are there table seats?

    A No, we only have counter seats.

    Q: Can I enter alone?

    A Yes, it's fine for one person.

    Q: Is it possible to reserve just a seat?

    A No, our restaurant only offers regular courses and reservation-only courses, so please choose the course you would like.

    Q: Can you accommodate allergies?

    A: Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please feel free to let us know about any allergies or food preferences when making your reservation.

    Q: Are there any cancellation fees?

    A: It depends on the circumstances, so if you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as you are sure of your plans. If you cancel without contacting us, we will not be able to use the ingredients prepared that day, and we will not be able to reserve seats for other customers. Please contact us as soon as possible.

    Q: What measures are you taking against the COVID-19 virus?

    A In addition to managing the health of our staff, requiring them to wear masks and thoroughly disinfecting our facilities, we are also taking measures to space out seats by using commercial air purifiers and simple partitions.

    Q If I can't finish it, can I take it home?

    A: Yes, you can take home any tempura or tendon you cannot finish. Raw food and soup cannot be taken home, so please eat them in the restaurant.

    Q: Can I bring my children to the store?

    A: Yes, that is fine. However, we ask that you be considerate of other customers.

    Q: Can I rent the entire facility?

    A Yes, we can usually reserve the entire restaurant for groups of 6 or more. We can provide seating for up to 10 people (for groups of 8 or more, the seating arrangements will be quite narrow), so please feel free to contact us. For banquets, etc., there is no time limit as long as you order additional drinks, etc. You can use the restaurant until the end of business hours.

    Q: Is it possible to eat outside business hours (lunch, etc.)?

    A: We may be able to accommodate depending on the date. Please contact us in advance. If you would like to reserve the entire facility, we can accommodate outside of opening hours if you contact us in advance.

    Q: Is there parking?

    A: We do not have one at our store. Please use a nearby coin parking lot. (Please feel free to ask us where the coin parking lot is.)

    Q: Is smoking allowed?

    A: All seats in our restaurant are non-smoking, so please smoke outside. If you need an ashtray, please ask a staff member.

    Q: Are there any special services for anniversaries?

    A We can accommodate requests for birthday plates, etc. Please feel free to contact us regarding any individual requests.

    Q: Is there a set closing time?

    A: You may stay until the end of business hours, but if we are busy and there are no other orders after you have finished your course, or if you are excessively drunk and causing trouble to other customers, we may ask you to leave.

    Q Why can I sometimes make a reservation here but not on other booking sites?

    A: To avoid inconvenience to customers due to double bookings, this official website will provide the most up-to-date seat availability information. If the number of reservations increases, it may become impossible to make reservations on other websites. In such cases, please check this official website or call us.
