Q Can I take out?
A Yes, it is possible if you order in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible as there is a purchasing relationship.
Q Is there a delivery service?
A No, we do not offer delivery service.
Q Do you support card and cashless payments?
A No, we only accept cash payments.
Q Is it possible to settle meals in advance for entertainment reasons?
A We will do our best to accommodate you, such as making a transfer to an account in the name of the store in advance. Please feel free to contact us as there are individual circumstances.
Q Do you have table seats?
A No, our shop has only counter seats.
Q Can one person enter?
A Yes, one person is fine.
Q Is it possible to reserve only seats?
A No, our shop has only regular courses and reservation-only courses, so please choose the course you want.
Q Is it possible to deal with allergies?
A Yes, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please feel free to contact us regarding allergies or ingredients that you are not good at when making a reservation.
Q Is there a cancellation fee?
A It depends on the circumstances, so in case of cancellation, please contact us when the schedule is clear. If you cancel without contacting us, you will not be able to use the ingredients prepared that day, and we will not be able to reserve seats for other customers. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q What are you doing to prevent the new coronavirus?
A In addition to managing the physical condition of the clerk, wearing a mask, and thoroughly disinfecting, we are devising ways to increase the space between seats by using a commercial air purifier and simple partitions.
Q If I can't eat, can I take it home?
A Yes, you can take home tempura, tendon, etc. that you cannot eat. Raw foods and soups cannot be taken home, so please enjoy them in the store.
Q Is it possible to come with children?
A Yes, it's okay. However, we ask for your consideration for other customers.
Q Can I charter?
A Yes, it is usually possible to charter from 6 people. We can prepare seats for up to 10 people, so please feel free to contact us. For banquets, there is no time limit if you order additional drinks. You can use it until the end of business hours.
Q Is it possible to eat outside business hours (lunch, etc.)?
A We may be able to respond depending on the date. Please contact us in advance. Even if it is reserved, we can handle it even after hours if you contact us in advance.
Q Is there a parking lot?
A Not in our shop. Please use a coin parking lot near you. (Please feel free to ask for the location of coin parking.)
Q Is it possible to smoke?
A All seats are non-smoking, so please smoke outside the store. If you need an ashtray, please tell the clerk.
Q Is there a service for using the anniversary?
A We can handle birthday plates for birthdays. Also, please feel free to contact us regarding your individual requests.
Q Is there a fixed time to leave the store?
A It is okay to wait until the end of business hours, but if there are no other orders after the end of the course when it is crowded, or if you are in a state of excessive drunkenness etc. that causes inconvenience to other customers In some cases, we may ask you to leave the store.
Q Why can I make a reservation here even though I cannot make a reservation on other reservation sites?
A This official website is the most up-to-date vacant seat information to avoid inconvenience to customers due to double booking. If the number of reservations increases, you may not be able to make reservations on other sites. In such cases, please check this official website or by phone.
